Indications d'application: Immunohistochemistry on Formalin-fixed, Paraffin-Embedded Tissues: 1/200Antigen Retrieval: Boil tissue section in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 min followed bycooling at RT for 20 min. Slides must be washed in between steps. Rinse slides withPBS/0.05 % Tween. Incubation Time: 10 minutes at RT. Positive Control: Pituitary.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
